Maximising technology, maximising potential
Much of the work we do at Creative Education Solutions involves designing the most effective ways to implement ICLT to maximise learning. So we were eager to sponsor and participate in the Innovative Learning event at the Barbican Centre on 27 June 2012. This event addresses the premise that there is a fundamental shift underway, one that is changing the ways and means in which we learn, acquire and develop skills. Ever faster advances in technology have opened up new learning methods and workplace training opportunities. Future learning will be more personalised, collaborative and informal. The European Commission’s report ‘The Future of Learning: Preparing for Change’ sets out the pressing need for holistic changes to be put in place, which will make flexible and targeted lifelong learning a reality.
The world of technology-enabled learning is changing fast; therefore, it is vital to keep abreast of the latest developments and techniques, and to understand how innovative approaches can better support core learning, development and assessment processes. At Innovative Learning: Maximising Technology, Maximising Potential delegates will discover new methods of learning across the public sector, from further and higher education to personal development and training.
